We are a 501C-3 non-profit and rely on fundraising and sponsorship to operate. 

• Fundraising participation is mandatory for every athlete and family in the organization. 
  • FOOTBALL - Adrenaline - Money raised is for Pink Out Game Special Game Day jersey and items and family sponsorship  - $130 per athlete
  • FOOTBALL & CHEER - Football Mania Tickets- Year End celebration cost coverage - $100 per athlete - money raised is used for year end celebration
  • Cheer - Candy Fundraiser - money raised is for Pink Out Game attire

MANDATORY FEE's Held 

• A Refundable Volunteer & Equipment Deposit is required from all families. A post dated check for $200 will be held until the end of the season.  Checks will be shredded at the end of the season only if all volunteer hours are completed.

  • Required Volunteer hours - 4 hrs per athlete or 6 hrs per family max

• Fundraising Participation: Participation in fundraising is mandatory for every athlete.

Fitting Requirements: At uniform fitting, all families must bring:

• Athletes will NOT be fitted without these documents — NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Birth Certificate - COPY of the athlete’s birth certificate or passport

  • Varsity and JV PROOF of Grade - Copy of prior years Student ID or Report card

Equipment Handout Requirements: 

These items must be presented at equipment handout (date TBD) or the athlete will not be eligible to play — NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Physical exam, dated after April 15, 2026

• Refundable Volunteer & Equipment Deposit - Cash or Check -  Check must be dated 08/01/2026 - THIS IS HELD
